Beautiful silhouette with motifs of the city of Zurich: Fraumünster, Grossmünster, Limmat, old town, Limmatquai, Münsterbrücke.

Zurich impresses with a unique mix of history and charm. The Fraumünster, famous for its windows designed by Marc Chagall, and the Grossmünster, a landmark of the Reformation, dominate the cityscape. The Limmat winds picturesquely through the old town, where medieval buildings and narrow lanes let you travel back in time. Along the lively Limmatquai, cosy restaurants and small shops invite you to linger. The Münsterbrücke connects these historic treasures and offers a wonderful view over the city.

The motif is made as a fine wood inlay of maple and walnut, in the spirit of the traditional craft of marquetry. Fortunately, these fine details no longer have to be worked out laboriously by hand with a file. Instead, a precise laser reproduces the beautiful subjects down to the smallest detail. That not only gives impressive results, it also allows a more attractive price. The exclusivity is preserved, while the board stays affordable for everyone who loves it.

The Zurich cutting boards come in two sizes, for cutting or simply for serving food beautifully.

Rubber feet for the perfect grip

The cutting boards have four non-slip rubber feet on the underside, so they stay securely in place while you cut.

Design & manufacture

Our StadtBrett was designed by Reana from Baden and is lovingly made by hand in the supported workshop Ekkharthof in Lengwil TG, Switzerland.

Wood origin

We use maple from the region within 50 km around Lake Constance. The untreated walnut comes from the USA. All types of wood come from sustainable forestry.

Longer delivery time for larger quantities:

Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery time is stated in the item description, delivery takes 3–6 business days within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you've ordered items with different delivery times, we ship the order together in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In that case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
