Sometimes all it takes is a deep breath in the forest – and you can feel the peace like that of a bear after hibernation.

The idea for this card came to me during one of my walks along the quiet, moss-covered paths around Baden. Amidst the rustling of leaves and the scent of fresh wood, I imagined a peaceful bear roaming through the forest – serene, strong, and completely in the moment.

I wanted to capture this feeling of grounding and serenity. That's why the bear became a symbol for the quiet strength we all carry within us – if we only take the time to feel it.

I hope this card reminds you to pause every now and then and "forest bathe" yourself a little.
