Wooden Pen Holder – Minimalist, Sustainable, Versatile
The wooden pen holder from NaniManu is a handmade desk organizer made from solid leftover wood. Available in oak or American walnut, with 5 or 15 holes for pens, scissors, and other office supplies. Each piece is unique – crafted from wood scraps that are too good to throw away.
More than just a pen holder
The 10 mm holes are not just for pens: with test tubes, you can transform the holder into a stylish mini vase for fresh cut flowers or dried flowers. It also looks great as a spice holder in the kitchen. One product, many uses.
Design & Manufacturing
Designed by Reana Hostettler-Durrer from Baden and carefully handcrafted in the supported workshop Ekkharthof in Lengwil TG, Switzerland. Thus, each pen holder combines Swiss design craftsmanship with social commitment.
Wood Origin & Sustainability
For the oak version, we use wood from the region around Lake Constance (max. 50 km). The untreated walnut wood comes from the USA. Both types of wood come from sustainable forestry. Since we only process leftover wood, each piece has an individual grain.

Care instructions for wooden products
This is how your wooden product stays beautiful for a long time:
- Water is taboo – water is, next to fire, the biggest enemy of wood. Please always wash by hand, dry immediately and never put in the dishwasher.
- Oils for protection – Food-grade oils such as linseed oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, etc. are easy to apply. They offer protection but need a few days to fully harden, so oil them and let them sit for a while.
- Constant humidity – Make sure the humidity remains constant, this will help the wood maintain its shape and stability.
- Even exposure to light – Expose the wood to sun and light evenly to avoid unwanted color differences.
- Wood wax for shine – A little wood wax makes the wood shine, but offers no protection against water.
- Avoid extreme temperature changes – Be careful not to expose the wood to extreme temperature changes to avoid cracking and warping.

Postal shipping (flat rate per order):
- Economy: CHF 9.80 (3–5 business days)
- Priority: CHF 14.80 (1–3 business days)

Longer delivery time for larger quantities:
For orders of 20 or more units of the same item, the delivery time may be longer,
as we don't always have this quantity in stock.

Delivery Times
