The backstory
Paris, 1922. The dim light of the gas lamps falls on the little «Maison Lumière» hotel, not far from the Eiffel Tower. The medium Madame la Motte has invited her guests to a séance that is meant to reveal the secrets of the hereafter. But when the lights suddenly go out, the unthinkable happens. A murder. Stabbed in cold blood, one guest is left lifeless. Which of those present staged this deadly drama? The answers lie in the «Rue de La Mort» – and with you at the table.
The roles
- Madame la Motte — a drama queen and mysterious medium with a weakness for secrets.
- Louis Petit — the loyal assistant who anticipates Madame's every wish.
- Claire Toulouse — a dancer who will do anything to keep her marriage afloat.
- David Château — a self-admiring photographer who likes to show himself in the best light.
- Valérie Flacon — the extravagant widow of a jeweller, known for her love of large rocks.
- Paul Monee — an ambitious factory worker with a dream of his own nightclub.
