Delivery Terms

We deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

Delivery charges (incl. VAT)

Delivery to Switzerland & Liechtenstein:
- Free delivery on orders over CHF 50.–
- Free collection on site (Baden, CH)

Postal delivery (flat rate per order):

• Economy: CHF 9.80 (3–5 working days)
• Priority: CHF 14.80 (1–3 working days)

The final delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

Our dispatch days
We dispatch via Swiss Post from Tuesday to Saturday. Except on public holidays and during company holidays. See our opening hours.

Longer delivery times for larger quantities:
For orders of 20 or more of the same item, delivery times may be extended, as we do not always have this quantity in stock. Delivery usually takes around 10 days in such cases. We’d be happy to provide you with exact availability details in advance upon request.

In-store collection (free of charge)

You can also collect your order directly from our shop in Baden. To do so, select the option “In-store collection” during the ordering process.
