Inspiration zum Blumentier-Motiv

Reana Hostettler: Die Idee zu Pedro entstand, als ich mit einem guten Freund über Blumentiere auf Schwammtüchern sprach. Die Frage war: Welches Tier wäscht besser als ein Waschbär? Und so war Pedro geboren.

Der Waschbär steht für die Fähigkeit, Hindernisse kreativ zu überwinden, für Anpassungsfähigkeit und Neugier – alles Eigenschaften, die ich sehr bewundere. Die Iris auf seinem Kopf unterstreichen das mit Symbolkraft: Treue, Hoffnung und Weisheit.

Und seine Pfoten? Die formen «Ich liebe dich» in Gebärdensprache – eine stille, aber kraftvolle Geste. Ach ja: Wenn du das Meme von Pedro noch nicht kennst… du solltest es dir unbedingt auf Youtube anschauen!
